Coinmach Service Corporation is the leading provider of laundry equipment services in North America.

Coinmach
Our core business, which we refer to as the Coinmach "route" business, involves leasing laundry rooms from building owners and property management companies, installing and servicing laundry equipment, and collecting revenues generated from laundry machines. In the past decade we have grown our route business from approximately 55,000 machines to approximately 660,000 machines. Our route customer base is comprised of owners of rental apartment buildings, property management companies, condominiums and cooperatives, universities and other multi-family housing properties. Coinmach Corporation also operates 164 retail laundromats in Texas and Arizona under the Kwik Wash brand. www.coinmach.com

Appliance Warehouse
In addition to our route business, we rent laundry machines and other household appliances to property owners, managers of multi-family housing properties, individuals and corporate entities through Appliance Warehouse of America, Inc. As of December 31, 2003, approximately 200,000 washers and dryers were installed with our rental customers through AWA. www.appliancewhse.com

Super Laundry
Super Laundry is the nation's largest provider of commercial and industrial laundry equipment to coin laundry storeowners and on-premise laundry facilities in the United States. www.superlaundry.com

Strategic Alliances

While our focus is on our core businesses, we regularly explore strategic alliances in an effort to develop ancillary revenue streams. Our leading market position, sales, service, collections and security infrastructure give us additional growth and diversification opportunities both within and beyond our existing laundry business. These strategic alliances can range from equity investments to marketing agreements.
